Gary Kopstick, BComm, CA, Partner

Gary is Soberman LLP's Senior Tax Partner and has over 30 years experience consulting with owner-managed businesses. Gary is primarily involved with individual and corporate strategic planning involving acquisitions, succession and reorganizations. Prior to joining Soberman LLP, he worked with three international accounting firms.

Gary has presented and written articles on tax opportunities available for owner-managed businesses. His articles have appeared in CCH publications and community newspapers. Gary is a frequent contributor to Soberman LLP's Tax Letters and quarterly newsletter, Comments.

Currently, Gary is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation.

Gary is actively involved in the community. He is the Past President of Clanton Park Synagogue, and has served as a board member of Hebrew Day Schools. Gary's personal interests include family, studying Talmud, public speaking and physical fitness activities.
