Karyn Lipman, BComm, CA, Partner

As a tax partner, Karyn is active in all Tax Services practice areas at Soberman LLP. Her specific interests include matters involving estate planning, international tax and mergers and acquisitions. Her experience in fiscal planning covers a variety of broad ranging and complex tax issues for both public and private corporations.

Karyn lectured at McGill University for over 10 years on various subjects including real estate taxation. She contributes articles to professional business and trade publications. In addition, she lectures on tax-related subjects to various interest groups.
